Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Pakistan. If you have questions about international shipping, please contact our customer service team.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Royal Scentique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Royal Scentique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
1. Return Period
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your contact email] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at royalscentique@gmail.com.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

- Discounted or sale items
